Howard Humphreys has started the process of working towards ISO 9001 certification; to this end it is developing a customer focused quality management system aimed at ensuring that the company is the preferred provider of services in its industry category. It is aimed at achieving full certification by December 2007. This is in line with the company's objective to acchieve world class service delivery through deployment of enabling technology and systems.
