The management team is led by Kanwal Syan, who is supported by two Divisional Directors, four Technical Directors and over 40 staff comprising of qualified and registered:

Offices
Following the establishment of the local company, the new management built a custom designed office. The office is located on Waiyaki Way, Westlands and the whole built up area of 1000m2 is occupied by Howard Humphreys (East Africa) Limited.
Computers
The company operates on a Local Area Network (LAN) with 50 desk top computers. The LAN is connected via a wireless microwave link to an ISP in Nairobi.
The consultancy has 10 AutoCAD stations and 7 AutoCAD Technicians in Nairobi. All Engineering design work is undertaken using Computer aided design programmes. The package has extensive on screen graphics facilities and creates DXF interchange files enabling the final drawings to be prepared on AutoCAD.
Communication with our Clients and Associates has been greatly assisted by use of E-mail network with our LAN. We have developed an online Virtual Manager Intranet site on a Windows 2000 platform. This virtual site is used for all internal project management activities. This will enable us ultimately to give clients access to our server via appropriate security passwords and hence remove barriers of communications allowing development of any project anywhere in the region. This is a restatement of our vision of development. We have also developed a document control tracking system on Virtual Manager which enables us to integrate this with our project management systems.

Drawing & Printing
The AutoCAD stations are linked to A0 HP plotters. The company also has several A3 plotters, two LaserJet printers, and bulk copying/printing facilities.
