Due to a recent reorganization of Howard Humphreys (East Africa) Limited the Board of Directors are pleased to make the following announcements. The changes mentioned below are effective immediately.
- Jonathan Mbui has been appointed Director of Operations and he will be overall in charge of all operations of the company.
- Asgar Mohamedbhai who was a director of the company has retired effective end of December 2008. He will be available to the company on a consultancy basis where he has an ongoing involvement on current projects and on future projects as necessary.
- Peter Wachira has been appointed Technical Director of Roads Transportation and Bridges Service Line. He has taken over from Francis Karimi who has opted to leave the company for personal reasons. Francis will be available to the company on consultancy basis.
- Edward Machocho has been appointed Manager for Buildings & Structures Service Line. He takes over from Peter Wachira.
- Bernard Mandere who was heading the Project Management Service Line will now have Resource Planning added as part of his portfolio.
- The other Service Lines remains as follows:
i. Water & Sanitation – Technical Director Bernard Ochieng
ii. M&E Building Services - Technical Director Gilbert Makhulo
iii. Health Safety & Environment – Manager Seth Odero
- Deogratius Mugishagwe remains as the Resident Director of Howard Humphreys Tanzania Limited which is the subsidiary of Howard Humphreys (East Africa) Limited.
Howard Humphreys Group has completed its 2009 – 2013 Strategic Planning based on which some of the above changes have been made. We plan to continue maintaining our focus on our mission to deliver quality and cost effective services to our customers.
